New FITNESS BENCH Opened in Wallau (Biedenkopf)

This morning, June 10, 2024, the 14th FITNESS BENCH in the district of Marburg-Biedenkopf was opened. The new FITNESS BENCH, Teams/SR, can now be used in the beautiful scenic idyll of Biedenkopf, in Wallau. With simple exercises, specifically designed for seniors and people with disabilities, everyone can get moving and train their strength abilities. At the same time, exercise programs for injury prevention, hip mobility, and general joint and muscle mobilization can also be carried out.

Group training with up to 14 people, including the use of fitness bands and other sports equipment, is also possible at the FITNESS BENCH Teams/SR.
