We are Eva and Moritz, your health, triathlon and training coaches.

We support you in finding your perfect start in triathlon and taking your training to the next level. Thanks to our expertise and practical experience, we can provide you with optimal support at every level and in every age group!

Eva

My name is Eva and endurance sports are my passion! I have been intensively involved in marathons and triathlons since 2014. During this time, I have completed seven marathons and have been part of the active triathlon community since 2017. My sporting highlights include multiple podium finishes on the sprint and short distance, various national championship titles and the title of German runner-up in the age group 25 in 2023.

As a holder of the German Triathlon Union (DTU) Trainer C licence and an experienced swimming coach, I coach athletes of all ages and abilities. Thanks to the combination of my own competition experience and my many years of working with the former national triathlon coach Ralf Ebli, I know which key aspects of triathlon training are important for you to achieve your goals!

 

Moritz

I am Moritz, an active triathlete with over 14 years of professional experience in running. My sporting milestones include multiple successful participations in the Southern German Short Sprint Championships, the German Cross Country Championships over the middle distance and numerous podium finishes at national championships.

As a B. A. Sports Sciences, M. Sc. Health Sciences and a doctorate in Medical Sciences at the Charité in Berlin, I combine profound expertise from the fields of sports science, neuroscience, medicine, health and psychology. As an experienced success coach and author of the book Laufen trifft Psychologie, I will show you how mental training and sporting goals can be optimally combined.
